Dreamy Outdoor Living Space in Henrico

Our clients had big dreams for their backyard when they came to us for help. They wanted an outdoor space that their growing family can enjoy for years to come. We began with replacing their concrete driveway with an asphalt one. We installed a Premium Bluestone patio. In addition to the new patio space, we built an 11-foot brick fireplace with rounded seat walls on either side. All of the brick was painted white to complete our client’s vision of matching the outdoor living space to the house. We relocated the irrigation respectively and installed a French drain to capture sheeting water. The new drainage system was tied into the downspout system and pumped to the creek in the rear of the property. We finished the project off with all new landscaping and outdoor lighting throughout the back of the property. Now, the O’brien’s are ready to hang out on their patio during all seasons.
